About Dr. Resnick

Dr. Scott Resnick is the only fellowship trained physician in anti-aging medicine in Chattanooga.  Formally trained in General Surgery and Obstetrics and Gynecology, he has committed his professional career to the practice and teaching of functional medicine.  He is a pioneer in the field of bioidentical hormone use, with 16 years of experience, and offers the most comprehensive, and safest hormonal regimens in the region for men and women.

The Sushruta Samhita is a Sanskrit text, foundational to Aruryvedic medicine.  There are 184 chapters, where 1120 illnesses are described.  The text describes 700 medicinal plants, 64 mineral preparations and 57 preparations based on animal sources.
